We are currently hiring three (3) Operations & Data Analysts to strengthen our operations and drive performance insights across our agent banking network. These roles offer immediate opportunities to contribute meaningfully within a fast-growing organization.

Role Overview
The Operations & Data Analyst will connect our field operations and data teams, turning raw data into actionable insights to improve processes, monitor performance, and support strategic decisions in our agent banking network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management
   o Build and manage systems to collect data on transactions, agents, and cash logistics.
   o Make sure the data is accurate and clean using automated checks and regular reviews.
2. Analytics & Reporting
   ○ Create and update dashboards to track key metrics like uptime, transactions, cash levels, and agent performance.
   ○ Analyze issues like site closures or cash shortages and share clear
3. Process Optimization
   o Work with Field Operations and Compliance teams to understand current workflows and find ways to automate them.
   o Test new processes (for example A/B testing) to see how they affect productivity and costs.
4. Data-based prediction and planning
   o Create updated projection models for new site openings, cash needs, and agent growth using data and predictive tools.
   o Analyze different scenarios to help plan commissions, cash delivery, and risk management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   o Act as a key liaison between the analytics team and departments such as Finance, Product, and Technology.
   o Contribute to special projects such as network growth planning, competitive commission benchmarking, data and document collection.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or process-improvement roles—ideally within financial services, logistics, or emerging-market environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
• Skilled in SQL and experienced with at least one BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
