Are you ready to make a real impact in humanitarian aid? INSO is seeking a dedicated Country Administration Manager to lead our operational backbone in Haiti — ensuring smooth logistics, HR, finance, compliance, and more, so our partners can deliver aid safely and effectively.
About INSO :
Since 2011, INSO has supported humanitarian workers across some of the world’s most challenging contexts by providing safety coordination, real-time incident tracking, crisis support, and training. We currently support over 1,350 NGOs across 22 insecure countries, including nearly 100 partners in Haiti.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations: logistics, procurement, finance, HR, and compliance
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance
- Ensure financial integrity, donor compliance, and audit preparedness
- Oversee facilities, security, and IT systems
- Support a dynamic, mission-driven team dedicated to humanitarian access
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years managing admin functions in an NGO or similar environment
- Fluent in French & English, strong organizational skills
- Experience with HR, finance, procurement, and compliance
- Possession of valid travel documentation and visas (US, Canadian, or Schengen)
- Integrity, adaptability, and strong communication
