🌍 We are inviting the Country Director – Haiti!

Lead with purpose. Support humanitarian access in one of the world’s most complex crises.

INSO is seeking a strategic, experienced, and empathetic leader to guide our country program in Haiti. You’ll oversee a dynamic team, support 100+ NGO partners, and ensure safe, informed, and coordinated humanitarian operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead INSO Haiti across strategy, program delivery, operations, HR, and finance
• Oversee service delivery: reporting, briefings, training, and real-time incident support
• Engage with donors, lead planning, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Provide expert context analysis and represent INSO to humanitarian leadership
• Support NGOs during crises and ensure services adapt to the evolving context

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in insecure or crisis-affected environments
• 3+ years in senior NGO leadership (CD, Deputy CD, PM)
• Strong grant management, team leadership, and coordination skills
• Proven experience in humanitarian access, security, or crisis response
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
• Analytical mindset and ability to produce high-quality reporting
• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience

🌟 Nice to have: Haiti experience, INSO familiarity, strong local networks, or background in data/IM

Terms & Conditions:

📍 Location: Port-au-Prince

📅 Start: Oct 2025 – Feb 2026

💼 Contract: 12 months (renewable)

💰 €6,500/month + R&R + global medical coverage
