What You Bring
- Background in social work, psychology, or a related healthcare field.
- Hands-on experience in patient-facing or case management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust quickly.
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple cases.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite, EMR, and CRM systems.
